WORK WITH ME
I am passionate about supporting artists & organisations to develop and reach their ambitions whilst embedding operational and creative best practice in a sustained and considered way.
I work approximately 4 days a week and work across a portfolio of longer term collaborations, short term consultancy work and sector development work.
I have listed below some of the things I can offer, but I am always open to talking about different types of work. You can read more about current projects here.
I work in and around: navigating change, strategic planning, interim management, executive producing, fundraising, organisational culture, building and embedding systems and processes that are aligned with developing ethical and compassionate organisational cultures.

Over the last 16 years I have built a reputation across producing artists and companies, sector facing development and arts leadership.
I use my skills and experiences of cultural leadership, artistic visioning & strategic thinking to centre inclusive care-filled approaches to working, both within organisations and across projects.
I work in a values led way, prioritising integrity, care, honesty and openness. I want to build relationships with artists and organisations that are people-centred, that seek bold and ambitious ways of doing things.
